Rates

  • June & September: $145/night, 2 night minimum
  • July & August: $990/week, available only by the week (Sunday to Sunday)
  • October through May (excluding holidays and school vacations): $105/nite ($630/week), 2 night minimum
  • October through May (holidays and school vacations): $145/night, 2 night minimum

The Fine Print

  • Please, no smoking or pets.
  • Extra charges of $10/person/night for the 7th and 8th guest apply.
  • Rates exclude 8% lodging tax and $50 cleaning fee.

Cancelation Policy

We require full payment one month prior to your stay. If you cancel before one month of your stay we refund all of your deposit. If you cancel two weeks prior of your stay we will refund 1/2 the money you have paid. If you cancel within the two weeks of the beginning of your stay there are no refunds.
